Hollywood action director JJ Perry, famous for his work in films like John Wick and Fast & Furious, has joined the crew of Yash's upcoming film, Toxic.

On his first-ever trip to India, Perry expressed excitement about working with Yash and director Geetu Mohandas.

"I'm really excited to have some fun with Yash and try out some crazy stuff together," he said.

Perry was all praise for Yash, calling him "an amazing actor, an incredible action performer, and truly kind and generous."

"I'm super-stoked to work in India with all these talented people."

Toxic, a gangster drama helmed by Mohandas, features Kiara Advani opposite Yash. The film was originally scheduled to release on April 10, 2025.

However, its release has now been delayed.

Yash recently told The Hollywood Reporter India, "We had some date issues, so it took more time than expected."
