    Farah on Sajid's sexual misconduct: 'Stand in solidarity with women'

    What's the story

    The sexual harassment revelations against director Sajid Khan has come as a big blow for the industry.

    And while Sajid has claimed his innocence, he has been savagely criticized for his sexual misconduct by the entire industry.

    In fact, his sister Farah Khan has also condemned his misconduct and stated that she stands in solidarity with the women who were hurt.

    Farah's statement

    Farah is heartbroken after brother Sajid got exposed

    Farah, who is certainly in a state of shock, admits being heartbroken after her brother Sajid's evil side was exposed.

    She took it to Twitter to express her disappointment and wrote that it is the most difficult time for her family.

    Farah also mentioned that she doesn't endorse such a behavior and Sajid has a lot to atone for, if proved guilty.

    This is a heartbreaking time for my family.We have to work through some very difficult issues. If my brother has behaved in this manner he has a lot to atone for.I don’t in any way endorse this behavior and Stand in solidarity with any woman who has been hurt.

    Meanwhile, cousin Farhan Akhtar also expressed shock over Sajid's behavior

    Not just Farah Khan, her cousin Farhan Akhtar too expressed his disappointment towards Sajid's sexual misconduct.

    He said that he is shocked and heartbroken about this revelation.

    Furthermore, Farhan, who has been actively supporting the #MeToo campaign, also voiced similar views as Farah, and said that he does stand in solidarity with women who have spoken up.

    Accusation

    Backstory: Sajid was accused of sexual harassment by three women

    Director Sajid Khan became the latest addition in the list of predators of #MeToo campaign after he was accused of sexually harassing three women.

    The three ladies highlighted their horrifying ordeal of harassment at the hands of Sajid on Twitter.

    Soon after being exposed, Akshay Kumar canceled the shooting of his directorial 'Housefull 4'. Later, Sajid also stepped down as the director.
