Tonight is going to be a big night for Kapil Sharma and his fans.
The ace comedian is all set to return to the small screen with a brand new show titled 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma.'
Although the makers have not revealed much about the show, we have assimilated all the information that is out there regarding Kapil's newest offering.
Timing
The show will go on-air from today
'Family Time With Kapil Sharma' will be premiered today at 8:00 pm on Sony TV. The show will replace 'Super Dancer 2' which featured Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu as judges.
Kapil's earlier shows were aired at the 10:00 pm slot on both Saturdays and Sundays.
Cast
Kapil will be joined by his old pals
Much to the delight of all the fans, Kapil's former colleagues Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar will join him in his new endeavor.
Sumona Chakravarti will also be seen in 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma'.
However, Sunil Grover, who parted ways with Kapil after their infamous mid-air brawl, is not going to be a part of the show.
Reunion
Navjot Singh Sidhu will once again team up with Kapil
Although there is no official confirmation regarding whether Navjot Singh Sidhu will reprise his role in Kapil's new show, there is a strong buzz that the cricketer-turned-politician will once again enthrall the audience with his infectious laughter.
Sidhu has been an inevitable part of Kapil's previous shows 'Comedy Nights With Kapil', and 'The Kapil Sharma Show'.
Co-host
Neha Pendse will be the new addition
This time, Kapil will not be the solo host of the show. Actress Neha Pendse will join him as the co-host.
There will be several other new additions to the cast as well but their names have been kept under the wraps by the makers.
It will be interesting to see Kapil with a co-host for the first time.
Format
Old wine in a new bottle
As per media reports, the format of 'Family Time With Kapil Sharma' will be along the lines of Kapil's previous shows but there will be some modifications.
While 'CNWK' and 'TKSS' had Kapil interacting with various celebrities, the new show will be more like a game-show.

Reports of Ajay Devgn being miffed with Kapil were all over the place last year after the comedian kept him waiting on the sets of 'The Kapil Sharma Show'.
However, the differences seem to have phased out between the two as Ajay will be one of the first guests on Kapil's comeback show.
