    What's the story

    The pre-sale tickets for Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh's upcoming concert tour, Dil-Luminati, were sold out within minutes of going live.

    The tour is scheduled to kick off on October 26 at Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

    The early bird tickets were priced at ₹1,499 and ₹3,999 for Silver (seated) and Gold (standing) areas respectively. However, these were quickly sold out, with prices subsequently rising.

    Ticket sales

    Actual sales will begin on Thursday

    The pre-sale for Dil-Luminati Tour (India) started at 12:00pm on Tuesday, exclusively for HDFC Pixel Credit Card holders.

    These cardholders had the opportunity to purchase tickets 48 hours before the general public, with an added discount of 10%.

    However, the early bird tickets were sold out within two minutes of going live.

    The actual sales for the concert will begin on September 12 at 1:00pm.

    Price hike

    Ticket prices increased after early bird offer

    Following the sell-out of early bird tickets, the price for Silver (seated) area tickets increased to ₹1,999 at 12:10pm.

    The Gold area tickets were priced at ₹4,999 (Phase 1) and later at ₹5,999 (Phase 2).

    Other price categories included fan pit tickets at ₹9,999 (Phase 1) and ₹12,999 (Phase 2).

    By 1:00pm, all categories for the Delhi show were sold out. Tickets for other venues were still up at the time of writing.

    Tour details

    'Dil-Luminati' tour to cover 10 cities in India

    The Dil-Luminati tour will cover 10 cities across India, starting with Delhi on October 26.

    The tour will then move to Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Indore, Chandigarh, and Guwahati.

    Dosanjh expressed his excitement about the tour in a note shared by Saregama's team. He described bringing the Dil-Luminati tour to India as a "dream come true" and promised fans a night they'll never forget.
