    What's the story

Ian exciting turn of events, Alia Bhatt has teased a collaboration between Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari.

The news came via a video posted on Bhatt's Instagram handle, where she called the project the "ultimate blockbuster" and the "greatest rivalry" on screen.

In the video, Bhatt is seen holding a poster with both Khan and Kapoor.

    Anticipation

'Stay tuned for something very, very exciting...'

Bhatt's Instagram post read, "A battle of the best! Two of my favorite actors with against each other. Stay tuned for something very very exciting...more deets coming tomorrow."

She further added, "P.S. I know you're going to love it as much as I did!!"

This partnership seems to be an advertisement, as Bhatt mentioned #ad in her post.

    Fan reactions

Fans are thrilled over the anticipated collaboration

Bhatt's post has sent fans into a frenzy. Comments on her post range from "Legends collaborating" to "Omg, I just can't wait."

One fan even wrote, "Ranbir is so lucky his wife is his biggest cheerleader."

Another said, "Tomorrow cannot come soon enough."

    Director's role

Tiwari's involvement adds to the intrigue

Interestingly, director Tiwari's involvement adds another layer of intrigue to the project.

Tiwari had worked with Khan on Dangal and is currently directing Kapoor in Ramayana.

Moreover, Kapoor had a cameo appearance in Khan's 2014 comedy-drama PK, directed by Rajkumar Hirani.

    Career updates

Khan and Kapoor's current projects and future plans

Khan, known for his perfectionist approach, was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which unfortunately didn't perform well at the box office.

However, Kapoor has been riding the success wave with his recent hits.

He has several projects underway, including Sandeep Reddy Vanga's eagerly anticipated sequel to Animal, titled Animal Park, and Tiwari's mythological epic Ramayana, where he will be seen as Lord Ram.
