BLACKPINK's Lisa is all set to drop her new single, BORN AGAIN, with American rapper Doja Cat and rising singer Raye.

The song has been confirmed to be a part of the upcoming third season of The White Lotus, which is marking Lisa's acting debut.

On Wednesday (February 5), she posted an Instagram post featuring a snippet from the song, writing: "Find yourself at @thewhitelotus feeling refreshed, renewed, and BORN AGAIN. (sic)."

Adding to the anticipation, HBO Max shared a promotional video on their social media page featuring a snippet of Lisa's single BORN AGAIN.

The full track will be released on Friday (February 7).

The announcement comes ahead of the K-pop star's first-ever full-length solo album, ALTER EGO, which will drop on February 28.

The release comes after Lisa launched her own agency, Lloud. The first song to be released under this label was ROCKSTAR, followed by New Woman.

In The White Lotus Season 3, Lisa will be seen as Mook, a hotel staff member at a luxurious resort.

She will be sharing the screen with an ensemble cast including Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Jason Isaacs.

The series will premiere on February 16 on HBO Max and its streaming platform.

    Career progression

Lisa's journey from BLACKPINK to solo artist

Lisa first rose to fame as a member of the K-pop girl group BLACKPINK, along with Jennie, Rose, and Jisoo.

She made her solo debut with the single album Lalisa in 2021, which was commercially successful and won her several awards including the MTV Video Music Award for Best K-Pop in 2022.

Although she parted ways with YG Entertainment in 2023 for individual pursuits, she remains an active member of BLACKPINK.
