Malaika, in a recent interview, revealed that she had a conversation with her 16-year-old son, "and I am so glad that everyone is in a much happier and more honest space today."
She said that she approached the situation with honesty, as "it's important to tell your near and dear ones what's happening in your life and give time and space to process things."
Relationship
Was scared, but wanted to be in love: Malaika
For the uninitiated, Malaika ended her 19-year-old marriage with Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan in 2017.
The divorce wasn't easy for Malaika, and so she was scared to be in another relationship after this.
"But I also wanted to be in love, nurture a relationship, and this new me gave me the confidence to take a chance. I am so glad I did," she added.

Now after a couple makes their relationship official, the next obvious question is invariably about their wedding.
Since early this year, rumors have been doing the rounds about Malaika-Arjun's wedding.
However, the diva chose to maintain the mystery surrounding her D-Day, by saying, "That, I am not going to answer. It's really personal."
