Actor Chiyaan Vikram recently hinted at a possible collaboration with renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli.
In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, the actor was asked about the much-speculated partnership.
While he did not confirm any immediate plans, he indicated that a project might be in the pipeline for the future.
The actor also praised Rajamouli as one of India's biggest directors.

'We're just waiting for the right script'
Vikram said, "Not anytime soon, but maybe sometime later. We have always been in discussions, and I think he's one of the most fantastic directors and one of the biggest directors in India."
He added, "Anybody would want to work with [him], and something will happen...let's hope. We are just waiting for the right script."

Vikram and Rajamouli have been rumored to be working together on several occasions.
There were speculations about the actor joining the filmmaker for his next film with Mahesh Babu, tentatively titled SSMB29.

Vikram to star in 'Veera Dheera Sooran,' 'Thangalaan 2'
On the work front, Vikram is set to play the lead role in SU Arun Kumar's upcoming film Veera Dheera Sooran.
The movie, which will be released in two parts, also stars SJ Suryah, Suraj Venjaramoodu (making his Tamil debut), and Dushara Vijayan in key roles.
Additionally, the actor is slated to reprise his role in the sequel to Thangalaan, titled Thangalaan 2.
