    What's the story

The cult classic Andaz Apna Apna, starring the iconic duo Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, is all set to make a grand return to theaters after 31 years.

The film, which was released in 1994, has been restored and will be re-released in 4K resolution with Dolby 5.1 sound in April. However, the exact date is yet to be announced.

The new teaser of this iconic comedy will be unveiled on Thursday (February 13).

    Film synopsis

    Relive legendary moments in 4K

Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, Andaz Apna Apna is a comedy masterpiece that chronicles the hilarious misadventures of two carefree young men, Amar (Aamir) and Prem (Salman), who hope to marry a wealthy heiress played by Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor.

The film's re-release will give fans a chance to relive its legendary moments, from the iconic "Teja main hoon, Mark idhar hai" scene to the priceless Paresh Rawal (in a dual role) scenes.

    Film distribution

    More about the film

The film was produced by Vinay Sinha and also memorably stars Shakti Kapoor.

Andaz Apna Apna's plot elements were later incorporated into other language films like Ullathai Allitha (1996), Veedevadandi Babu (1997), and Galate Aliyandru (2000). However, none of these were exact remakes.

Additionally, the film's climax is a reworked version of the ending from the 1972 movie Victoria No. 203.
