    What's the story

As all productions across the country remain stalled due to the ongoing nationwide lockdown, TV channels are running out of fresh episodes for their soap operas.

So, they are obviously finding newer ways to keep their audience entertained, more so because they will stay home now, more than ever.

To deal with the situation, ZEE TV has decided to start airing popular web series.

These shows took over all-important 9-11 pm slots on the channel.

While Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat aired between 9 and 10 pm, Baarish and Kehne Ko Humsafar aired at 10 pm and 10:30 pm respectively.

Meanwhile, Baarish stars Sharman Joshi and Asha Negi, while Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain features Ronit Roy and Mona Singh.

Talking about the development, ZEE TV business head Aparna Bhosle said that the idea is to provide engaging family entertainment, while people stay at their homes.
