Boutique hotel comes with 9 rooms and 2 swimming pools
The beach house is not someone's personal property in real life, but a boutique hotel in Goa called Ahilya By the Sea.
The award-winning property comes with "nine tastefully decorated and welcoming rooms spread across three independent villas and two beautiful swimming pools."
Its owners promise a peaceful escape into serenity as the hotel is located in a quiet corner of Dolphin Bay.

One night stay can cost up to Rs. 34K
According to the hotel, booking the rooms can cost something in between Rs. 21,000 and Rs. 34,000 per night.
The rates can vary depending upon the number of individuals and the number of days of your stay.
Decorated with lush gardens and its own collection of art material, the in-hotel menu offers Goan, Italian, and French cuisines.
Provision of canceling bookings is also there.
Connection
The property was a principal character in 'Gehraaiyan'
Reportedly, Batra had filmed Gehraiyaan at the hotel during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was here that Alisha (Deepika Padukone) and Zain (Siddhant Chaturvedi) properly meet while holidaying with their respective partners— Tia, and Karan (Dhairya Karwa).
Thereafter, the property becomes the site for various crucial scenes and even its ownership is part of a big reveal in the movie.

In our review, we praised the layered tale at the heart of the story, alongside the performances by the actors.
While Batra tagged the movie to be focused on Alisha-Zain's infidelity, Gehraiyaan became much more than that.
