Case filed against Aditya Pancholi for threatening, abusing car mechanic

Aditya Pancholi seems to have a knack of hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The actor, who is known for his controversial past, has now been booked for allegedly threatening and abusing a car mechanic.
The mechanic, Mosin Kadar Rajapkar, alleged that Aditya misbehaved over non-payment of a bill.
Following the scuffle, Mosin lodged a complaint in Versova police station.
Incident

In his complaint, Mosin stated that he was hired for the servicing and repairing of Aditya's luxury car in May 2017.
While it took a couple of months to repair the car, the cost of the servicing came around Rs. 2,80,000.
However, Aditya refused to pay the dues and when Mosin asked for the payment, the 54-year-old threatened to kill him.
Investigation
Police investigating the matter, need warrant to make any arrest
On the basis of Mosin's complaint, the police have filed a case of non-cognizable offense against Aditya.
A senior inspector of Versova police station stated that the case has been registered under the IPC Section 506.
Notably, under the law of non-cognizable offense, police cannot arrest the accused without a warrant.
Besides, they also require the court's prior approval to begin the investigation.
Denial
Aditya denies allegations, in turn accuses mechanic
Meanwhile, Aditya vehemently rubbished the allegations leveled against him, saying he had already cleared all the dues and that too without any scuffle.
Aditya also accused Mosin of keeping his car for a year "for no reason."
"I have made all the payments and I have bank statements. In fact, he kept my car for one year for no reason," Aditya was quoted saying.

Notably, this isn't Aditya's first brush with the law.
In 2017, Aditya was accused of harassment by Manikarnika: Queen Of Jhansi actress Kangana Ranaut.
Kangana claimed that he assaulted her during their relationship. Aditya had denied the allegations and even filed a defamation case against her.
Besides, Aditya was also booked in 2013 for assaulting his neighbor in an inebriated state over parking issue.
