    What's the story

According to housing and urban affairs ministry, 708 government bungalows (built between 1912-1930) in Delhi's Lutyens bungalow zone (LBZ) are "considered structurally unsafe against earthquake".

In light of Delhi being highly earthquake prone, replacement of unsafe structures becomes need of the hour.

NDA government had proposed redeveloping LBZ but the proposal seems to have taken a back seat.
