Citroen C5 Aircross's bookings to start from March 1

Marking an entry into the Indian market, Citroen is about to launch its C5 Aircross SUV in the coming weeks. The bookings for the car will officially begin on March 1, the company has confirmed.
The C5 Aircross was unveiled earlier this month. It will be available in Feel and Shine variants but in a single engine and gearbox configuration.

The Citroen C5 Aircross features a sporty look with a 2-part grille, dual exhaust pipes, an integrated spoiler, split LED headlamps, and rectangular-shaped LED taillamps.
On the sides, it is flanked by roof rails, blacked-out B-pillars, power-adjustable ORVMs, and 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Dimensions-wise, the car is 4,500mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,730mm.

The Citroen C5 Aircross runs on a BS6-compliant 2.0-liter diesel engine that is capable of producing 177hp of maximum power and 400Nm of peak torque. The motor comes mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

Inside, the Citroen C5 Aircross has a 5-seater cabin with a 2-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable driver's seat, and cruise control.
It also packs a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
For safety, it offers six airbags, front and rear parking sensors, and a blind-spot monitoring system.
